Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Zenithcart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it under the conditions below:
Eligibility for Returns
- Return Window: 30 days from the purchase date
- Holiday Purchases: Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for return until January 31st
- Item Condition: Items must be in original condition. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible.
Apparel Items: Must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached to qualify for a return or exchange.
Return Process
- Visit our return portal at zenithcart.com/return
- Enter your order number, email, phone number, or shipping ZIP code
- Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Choose between a refund or exchange
- Select your preferred return method:
- Mail-in: Download prepaid return label and drop off
- In-person drop-off: Use QR code at a Happy Returns location
- Submit your return request and await confirmation email
Once your return is received and processed, a refund or new exchange order will be issued. If your new order total is less than the original, the difference will be refunded. If greater, you’ll be prompted to pay the difference at checkout.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be rejected or lost in transit. Zenithcart is not responsible for merchandise not purchased directly from our website.
